I am a health nut that likes to see what's real. In fact, I have a blog called Sneak Peak that will be updated regularly with articles and reviews on products to help you get the most from your money. My personal favorite is the sleep supplement Sleepytime. My sister recently gave me a copy to review, and I've been wanting to share it with you.
I recently came across Sleepytime and was immediately intrigued. It was a great sleep supplement, but I had some concerns. The supplement is made of an ingredient called GABA. Glucosamine and the other amino acids in the supplement are very good for your brain. However, the GABA is very well known to impair sleep. I'm a medical doctor specializing in sleep and sleep disorders and had read all about the negative side effects of GABA. But I was a little surprised by some of the positive side effects. In my opinion, Glucosamine (from the fruit) is not bad.
