Protein bars: My results after 7 months | Pictures & facts

I don't know about you, but when I get a bag of protein bars that have been over-packed, I like the flavor.

The following is a review of the three highest rated protein bars that I know of. These are the highest rated, not necessarily the best. I've included the brands as well as the ingredients in each protein bar. The rating and the ingredients are a bit subjective, but they are all in order to give you an idea of how long a bar will last and the quality of ingredients used to make the protein bar. I will not include brands or ingredients with a 5 star rating because I think they all have the same quality, but I may include them in another post on this page. 1. Protein Zone This is my favorite. I like the texture and flavor of this bar, but there are a few things I don't like. First, the bar is so much larger than I am used to. That can make it very hard to get to the protein powder. I don't like to make my protein bar the size of my palm and make it too large. Second, the bars are quite expensive. I usually pay about $2 for a 30 gram bar.
